TALLAHASSEE – The Florida Supreme Court heard arguments Wednesday in a landmark redistricting case that could shape the political future of Florida for at least a decade.
At issue: How far justices could go in enforcing the anti-gerrymandering Fair Districts amendments approved by the voters in a November 2010 referendum.
